I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a balcony and kitchen area, but the lack of AC on the lower level was a downside. The service was a highlight, especially from Juliana, who was welcoming and warm, though there were some issues with room assignments and offensive language. The location was convenient for exploring the city but a bit far from the beach. The dining options were decent with home-baked bread, but the price was a bit steep. The hotel offers clean and tidy rooms, excellent value for the price paid, but some areas are outdated and neglected. Service was really nice overall, despite encountering an awful attitude from some staff members. The location is brilliant, very close to the strip and Nissi beach, although a bit far from the bus station and the Harbour. Dining options are good but could use improvement. The facilities are decent, with a noticeable need for updates and maintenance in some areas.

Despite the overall nice service, we encountered an awful, hostile attitude from some staff members who offered us smoked-in rooms instead of the nonsmoking one we reserved. They even used offensive language and asked for additional money for a cleaner room. However, other staff members were accommodating.
